Sprayground offers a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their limited-edition gear through a streamlined online return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
